    Pa ro dy I just wanted to open an account in this bank. But the employee seemed to be making it difficult for me and was looking for suspicions. At the end of continuous proof I just showed her a vast contract, what she decided to answer - it is not enough (lol). Overall the service doesn't give the impression of being polite luckily I went straight to another bank and miraculously there were no problems. Warm regards

    It’s a general complaint regarding to ING: Very poor service. From the promised 2/4 waiting days it became to 2 weeks waiting for some decision. Nobody respons on the mails. There is nobody who can help while having a phone call. A consultant was finishing conversation with words: I wish you good luck and try to send another mail. When my case will be finally solved first thing which I will do will be closing my bank account by ING.

    The other banks are clearly worse but ING has a lack of customer service and lots of bureaucratic problems, often slowing down processes by weeks, months and in my case more than a year. This is not acceptable. Still, I don't regret going with ING in the end because there is no alternative and once you're set up with online banking (worked immediately) and a physical card that WORKS (took 1+ year for me during which I contacted and visited ING staff members around TEN times, had the card replaced twice without any effect because no-one understood what's the problem.. absolute nightmare!!) you're gonna be fine.
